NBP in collaboration with FESF organized Benefit Concert for Special Children at PAF Museum Karachi. Special children from all over Karachi attended the function. Renowned singers Fakhir and international band Heartbeat performed. Complimentary snacks, drinks and ice cream along with gift pack served to special Children. |

SOS village Multan is a social Welfare organization. An annual Festival was held for orphan and homeless Children, who took part in sporting activities, enjoy rides of various swings, song competition and variety of Food was provided with the support of National Bank of Pakistan. |

Drinking Water Storage Tank -Gaddani Baluchistan |
In the absence of water storage tank, women & Children of Gaddani Village suffered severally as they need to travel long distances to fetch drinking water. Altough to cover the shortage, bowsers arranged by the Union Council bo th, however, it is unhygienic and not safe for drinking. With the help of local NGO, Bank developed 8 storage tanks for residents of one Goth of Gaddani Village. About 175-200 families are the beneficiaries. |

With the financial support of NBP, Youth home developed in SOS Children's Village Multan for Children over 8 years of age or reaching adolescence. In fact it is a home for the abandoned and neglected children of our society. This is the first welfare project and has been very well received by the community. |

Vocational Training to Destitute Women, Quetta |
To make Baluchistan women self-reliant, bank sponsored a Vocational training program for the Poor and needy women of Baluchistan at Quetta. At the end of course every participant was given sewing machines so they can start their own small business and contribute for their families. |

To create Self-employment to women living in rural areas of Punjab, vocational Training Program under Social welfare Department was arranged by the bank at Bahawalpur and on completion of their vocational training session, sewing machines were distributed to every participants. |

Lyari, densely po pulated area of Karachi and majority of residents are semi skill worker. Their monthly income is very nominal. To feed the family and live dignified life women has to share burden and to take up work in facotries. Bank with the help of NGO arranged vocational training programe at LRC. At the end of the training, sewing machines were distiributed to each participants. |

To empower the women, NBP provided the opportunity of self-employment to women living in rural areas of Karachi Sindh. A vocational Training Program at Manghoopir under The Manghoopir Social Itehad was held. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed additional Deputy Commissioner District Central was the chief guest in the ope ning ceremony. Sewing machines were sponsored by the Bank that has been distributed to the local women. |
