Registration Steps – NBP Digital (Mobile App)
| Step-01 |
Download NBP Digital from the Google Play Store ® (for Android Users), App Store ® (for Apple Users) and App Gallery ® (for Huawei Users) |
| Step-02 |
Open the NBP Digital and tap on the "Register" button for registration. |
| Step-03 |
Review the "Terms & Conditions" and tap on the "Submit' button to proceed. |
| Step-04 |
Enter your 14-digit NBP Account Number, ATM /Debit Card Number, CNIC Number & Date of Birth and then tap the “Submit" button to proceed. |
| Step-05 |
Enter your registered Mobile Number (in the Bank record), Email Address and then tap the "Submit" button. |
| Step-06 |
Enter your User ID and ATM/Debit Card PIN to complete the registration on the NBP Digital. |
| Step-07 |
After registration, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) in 2 parts; the 1st part will be sent by email and the 2nd part by SMS to your mobile phone at the registered number. |
| Step-08 |
Enter both parts of OTP (Email and SMS) and then tap on “Submit” button. |
| Step-09 |
Create Password which will be used for first and future login and then tap on “submit” button to end password creation process. |
| Step-10 |
Once done, you can enjoy your NBP Digital features safely anywhere anytime. |
Note: If email address is not registered in bank’s record, user can enter any valid email address (without going to branch) for registration. After self-registration, user will be able to access NBP Digital but won’t be able to perform financial transaction until it is activated from Call Center after mandatory verification.
